Bet365 currently go 11/1 about Roll It Out in the 12.45.

Think this will go off half that price. Beaten a head the last day by a very good yardstick in Prince Of Scars (Who runs in the Christmas Hurdle) and 3 miles on heavy around a stiff track tomorrow should be perfect.

Kennedy takes 5lb off so he's effectively a pound lower than that day in Navan too.

looks to be between him and the same owners Leave at Dawn,

Cooper has some chances to redeem himself tomorrow or to provide more reasons for his removal - I say someone on twitter say that Cooper would get Faugheen beat in a maiden hurdle with the way he'c currently riding, but surely he cant get Don Poli beat?

how is Artic Fire going to stay 3 miles, surely this going to be a slogfest which should fine him out

he seemed to still have plenty in the tank at the end of the Hatton's Grace which was on soft to heavy.

Arctic Fire's soft ground form isn't convincing and with conditions being pretty awful at Leopardstown, there are serious question marks whether it will stay tomorrow.

Was thinking the same. Worth taking on

Fiddlers Bow was smashed in on the betting 2 weeks ago when declared for Cork. The meeting there was abandoned so we never got to see if the torrent of money meant anything. Horse goes tomorrow in the 3:20 at Limerick and is 11/4 already. Price too skinny for me, just thought I would let you all know.

He was 11/1 for about half an hour when they first priced the race up this evening. Long gone now obviously!

According to oddschecker he was 11s with bet 365 from 16 25 to 17 02 today when he was cut to 8s.

Easy check to be fair to the original poster.

Any word on why Road to Riches is not in the Lexus tomorrow?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21 kitkatman

fiddlers bow will win by the length of the home straight and may turn out 24 hours later for a follow up. 5/2 is a Christmas present, and only a total gogsh1te who does not know the lie of the land will oppose. this horse has been working all over perfect promise, kilcrea and winter magic at home and they got carpeted and a severe warning the last day.

in the Pertemps the daughters horse is the one, not the obvious ones mentioned up this thread.

Fiddlers Bow looks to have been completely messed about with and I'd be expecting it to win quite well tomorrow. Price wasn't really there given the flood of money for it at Cork when that fixture was cancelled.

I got 9/1 Gurteen last night in the bumper

Ridiculous statement although i presume you're jesting. A 20 runner handicap on heavy ground down at Limerick is not the place to be lumping on 5/2 shots win or lose.
I know people involved with 2 horses in the race anhd they both think they've every chance. Forjoethepainter's won off a few lb higher mark last season and won this race off 6lb higher a few seasons back and they think they have him in good form. Saval Park's been working very well at home too and has been targetted for this and the young lad onboard is their go to claimer and they think he's a good rider and has won 3 races out of about 15. That's the only 2 horses i'd have any info on and i'm sure anyone that knows the other yards will say another half dozen are fancied for the race so it won't be like a case of landing up to Navan to a handicap hurdle and 3 or 4 trainers deciding they'll have a right good bet on one of their boys and pulling the rest.

    That's great mate.

How come you always have to tell us how you're on at twice the price available? It's as bad as after timing.

Either way Gurteen was a crazy price. Should have been 2nd fav on that run behind Min. Hope he does the business.

Sorry for always beating SP. Maybe you should try it sometime. ''It's as bad as after timing''. Haha

I doubt PC would get anything close to those prices if he posted them up fist.

The market is a lot more accurate now so fair play for getting a price. The prices were crazy last night looking at oddschecker. But I don't think anyone wants to hear about it.

And I don't think you know anything about my betting nor do I need advice off you.

That'd be my pick at 16/1. I was on Fiddlers last time after the plunge, but that was at 12/1. 5/2 is a joke price as you say.

Lexus turned into a poor race didn't it after promising a lot. Was looking forward to seeing Road to Riches after a very promising reappearance. You would have to think running in the Galway Plate was hardly ideal prep for last season.

I'm a bit disappointed Nicholls sent Saphir du Rheu back over hurdles. In hindsight Sam should have placed him closer to the rail on the fresh ground in the Hennessey and if they spotted his wind issues earlier the Lexus would have been a good race for him.

He was 10s on Ladbrooks PC and I was frantically trying to back him but couldnt as I'm in Spain. On sky, pp and Boyle working for me here. Went in with a decent lump on sky at 15/2. Should be at least placing but the trip might be a bit on the short side.

jimmy two times in the 12;45 and a small ew on Grecian tiger in same race. hard contest to pick a winner but these two I hope will be there abouts after their previous outings.

Goin to take on Don Poli today too with Sir des champs.

Dixie Lee in the last at leop. Creeping in at the bottom and a 5lb claimer. 50/1 dreamer

Must be a fair few fancied in that 3.20, my uncle rang me there someone gave him Edvardo, around 20/1

In fairness, if you think a particular horse is a good price, you should post immediately after you place your bet or not at all. No point in posting the next day when it can't help anyone.

I'm only saying it now because it seems to be happening quite a lot lately on the forum.

Awful ride from George baker at lingfield on illegally blonde , horse broke the best and he took a pull ended up being held up near last, had 4 lengths to make up on the front runner around the home turn and went down half a length

O' Regan out the back on Blair Perrone 20 lengths off the leaders as usual ,horse jumping and travelling a dream and all the market leaders up front, sits tight out the back, about 2 out he starts to make a move(to finish 3rd or 4th i presume) but the horse is too good and makes up about a dozen lengths and jumps the last a few lengths off the leaders and gets beaten about 2 lengths after not exactly getting flogged to death :pac:

Martin'll be giving him an eating him i'd say for making it so blatant. :D

    Dominium 20-1 3.30
Has run poorly last 4 , but it has good record on this surface and distance.
Price reflects it's form of late but I feel a performance is due.
    I like it's ew value

    1pt ew

Some crop of good 3 mile hurdlers over here :D Thistlecrack will win the World hurdle by 2 hurdles unless they find another horse over there. I'd say Dedigout's our best and he wants a bog. Very disappointed Prince of Scars win that :(
