I put on a wash this morning. When I checked had it finished I discovered it hadn't spun or emptied.
I also found water ( a lot ) coming from the underneath of the machine.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on please???

    Check the filter isn't blocked

    This.
Usually you remove the panel along the bottom of the front of the machine. You should see a round cover which may be secured with a screw. Remove this and pull out the filter and clean.
Warning : there could be quite a bit of water come out with the filter.

Usually there is a little tube with a ring pull on it. Pull this out and pull off the cover over a large dish. This will drain all the water out before removing the filter itself.

Hopefully that's all that's wrong but definitely check it before calling someone in.
Anytime my machine has stopped working, it's been the filter.
