      Not really because I have long days. But during time off I could be up until all hours. I used to have an awful habit of staying awake all night and going asleep 7/8am for 3/4 hours and up for the day again.

      It's pure stress really, I don't like large crowds or busy places and I try to avoid them if possible.

      I do for the most part, it's temperate and there are no extremes. I don't like very hot weather so it suits me.
