God no (although I should be) - I'm just too busy at the minute to take breaks but I have some rice cakes in my desk.

I do watch and plan what I eat, but I hate the word "diet" as to me the connotation is that one has to be miserable when organising their food. I eat what I need when I need to, the odd treat and I am happy with that.

How many times a day on average do you check on Boards.ie?

No I can't say that would annoy me although I generally drink wine and there doesn't normally be condensation near the end of a wine glass.

It's been going ok so far although I've just looked and it's only 5 so the afternoon is going slowly enough.

My bum and my left arm. I fell Saturday night at home. I was getting ready to go out and am not sure what happened. I'm very clumsy.
