Attempting to get back to Ireland, since ISIS have screwed up my plans to fly home via Brussels.

What fashion trend do you hate?

those wide brim hats on girls.

    do you like ham?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,158 ✭✭✭thattequilagirl

Lordy...I'm a bit backward I don't really follow fashion as such....but that sihtty Conor mcgregor suit thing like Keith Duffy/that lad from west life had on the late late last week is a bit lost on me tbh

    Where are you flying from

Qatar. A friend booked me a staff ticket with a massive discount so I got to fly business class (yay!) to Brussels, and now hopefully Berlin, where I'll have to get a last minute flight with Ryanair or aer lingus.

    Isn't terrorism inconvenient?

Incredible. They gave me my flight socks in a little Armani branded kit with a perfume and body lotion and treated me like a celebrity.

Are you doing anything for the bank holiday?

Nope, Nairobi, the Masai Mara and Watamu on the coast. I can genuinely say that trip changed my life.

Where would you like to go?

I don't think I'm suited to building things but I'd volunteer a few months to teach.

    Would you?

No, I can't stand temperatures above the low 20's, I wouldn't physically be able for it.

Do you enjoy heat, or hate it?

I love 25-32 degrees. I endured 49-50 during summers in the Middle East - so much easier to deal with cold than that.

    Do you hate Irish weather?

I quite like Irish weather for the most part.

How did you not die in the Middle East's temperatures!?

No I enjoy it. I'm crazy pale, and cannot cope in anything higher than low 20s.
Wind, rain, storms etc is comforting

What comforts you after a long day at work

Getting out to see my horse, I just forget everything that went wrong during the day when things go right with her.

How often do you leave work thinking you hate your job?

Very rarely....but when I do...it deisnt bode well....as life is too short to be in a job you hate IMO

    Are you fiery

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

I'm a ball of fire, I blow up very quick but calm down very fast too. Serious temper on me though if I'm pushed. I once almost put my brothers windscreen in with a golf club while he was sitting in it.

Are you a bit of a physco when you get going

Worryingly....tend to make somewhat rash descisions that I rarely go back on....though it's rare I lose it

Did you have to pay for a new windscreen

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

No I didn't I only got a swing at it before he jumped out of the car and took it off me

Would you like me to be your sister

Caramel, but I wouldn't say no to either!

Is it ok to have chocolate for breakfast when you're over 30?

It's ok if you want it to be ok.

But would you not prefer a rasher sambo?

Yes, I really would, but had no rashers this morning... :(

    Do you like fruit tea?

I'm not gone on it, I have a couple of boxes here but rarely drink it. I think I associate fruit flavoured drinks with being cold.

Have you ever found something incredibly out of date at the back of a press?

I've found skeletons in the back of the press a few times.

Been to see any good stand up comedy lately?
