I think many people torment themselves searching for it instead of just living their lives. It means different things to different people. There is something fleeting about happiness. I see it as something that comes every now and then but overall the most we can hope for is to be content.

No...but I do avoid unhappy/people who try to drag you down/treat ya sh1te....took years to learn that one

All in all....I'm somewhat content in my life

No but it wouldn't be my natural state. I am introverted but at the same time I like to do things.

Yes for nightmare at time and some terrible flashbacks as I'm between asleep and awake some nights....hense the need to work/keep going to point of exhaustion at times

Erm.... about 50mph around tramore car park getting driving lessons off my brother. Still to get proper lessons but I think roads are safer without me.
