I usually used up my battery power at night, and need to have a charge before going to sleep, but I am a little bit worried about an overcharging, which may cause damage to my smartphone, so any recommendations?

Smartphones are designed to cut charge to the battery when its full.

Once you use a quality phone charger (such as the one that came with the phone) you should not have any issues.
