Started recording dream content. Any advice appreciated

    Just started recording my dream content on an app called Dream Moods.This is after reading more on Jung and his life.
    Very interesting guy and his ideas (archetypes etc) really resonate.

    I can only imagine this would be good for me. Getting an idea of what is going on under the hood so to speak. Oddly enough I have always understood my dreams but should be interesting to delve further into it.
    Anyone else do this. And has it helped your life.
