Hi I think about change my pill and looking for some advice or to ask any else have be through the same situation. I am on the 12 week injection for the last 6 months and I am find it OK because I'm not getting any period but the thing is my doctor said said I can't stay on it long term because it's not good for my bones.…

So I was looking up about the coil. One of my problems is that we have to wait for your period to come to put it in but I haven't had a period in the last year. Can I still get it it without waiting because I don't want to get pregnant. Is it sore to get it in?
