Everyone has Mahrez and Ozil so you can discount them. If you don't have Ighalo and captained Lukaku you lose at least 10 points to the average right there

Have 6 of the top 8. Barkley and Ighalo the only ones I don't.

I imagine some people are in leagues that have a Christmas payout, so used chips to try and win some money.

Yeah. That guy who's taking my Christmas pay league money off me whose ridiculous 66 in the world GW rank score last week was helped (slightly) by using his bench boost last week, he played his TC this week.

It's actually Vardy the most "insignificant" player: everyone has him and played him non captain.
Ighalo, Barkley & Alder hurt me and the City goal was the final nail on my "differentials" coffin.

FPL Discovery actually shows the average pt per player these players contributed to the average top 10k GW score.

So the effective loss from having Kane and not Ighalo was less than 4 points in relation to the GW averages??

Yes. Problem for me is Barkley+Alder returned 9.4 effective pts to my 3 for Deulofeu+Wollscheid ...

I get 72 points, captain Mahrez, get Alli to sub in, have all 3 of my forwards score goals and I didn't even come close to breaking back into 6 figures for Christmas from 1.169m.

1,128,000 is where I'll be spending Christmas. It looks like 2 seasons ago where my goal is to crack 100k by GW38.

And by f*ck will I do just that! Time to invest in a few swords
