Beginners hifi

    I'm looking for advice on a first hifi system for a teenager.

    Most of his music is on Apple ipod , network share and a few cds. I Don't want a docking system for iPod as if he gets a new mp3 player may become obsolete.

    Looking for
    Bluetooth
    Airplay
    Stream over network
    And if possible Cd
    Maybe something that can be added to over time, speakers, amp etc

    All I've really seen is Bluetooth speakers.
    Bit basic for this forum but appreciate any advice.
