Are UPS Collections free?

    I bought a tv last year which has become faulty, they sent me back a ups label to return the tv to them, can i schedule a collection for free or would there be charges?

    Type of service can vary on what was paid for, but chances are yes they will collect it on a Monday to Friday basis, Saturday is extra.
