Good Zumba DVD for my mum

    Hey all,

    Looking for a zumba DVD for my mum. She goes to the odd class, however due to being on shift work in which the hours rotate, the "weekly class" doesn't always happen.

    She does enjoy the exercises, though, so looking for a Zumba DVD for her. If it somehow helps with her golf, great, but not essential.

    I think the "hour long ultra fit Zumba" DVD's that I've found thus far seem to be more geared towards the 18-25 year old market.

    Thus, I was wondering does anyone here know of a good Zumba DVD for over 50's?
