Is it wrong not to like the toy show?

My sister was supposed to get us tickets but then it fell through...so I will just have to watch it on the tv with the OH, but at least we can sit in front of the fire and have a couple of drinks and she hasn't watched the toy show before so I can introduce her to another Irish tradition!

Why won't the knobs in charge of RTE put the toy show on earlier so kids can actually watch it. Beggers belief every year it's the same

Cos then they'd have to call it the early early toy show.

    It's repeated Sunday afternoon :)

Because the "toy show" is best watched drunk , its no fun being drunk at 6pm minding a bunch of over excited toddlers strung out on sugar.

a missed opportunity for pubs around the country to have a toy show night.

smyths could rent out the toys to the pub for the night and then a live showing of the late late show. it could give parents a night out and ideas for presents

I'm so conflicted on the Toy Show. I find it so cringey but it can be funny too.
Looking forward to the inevitable memes of whoever is this year's John Joe
