Sage 50 Professional - Help Needed

    Can anyone help me please. I am working with SAGE 50 Professional and have run into a problem with deleting a transaction. I have the transaction number and have been able to delete transactions in the past but I have one that just will not delete. The system freezes and I have to log out before I can continue. It has no critical information on this particular customer payment entered. Any ideas why this is happening and how to get around it? Thanks
