How often is Google Streetview Updated? 2009 V 2014

Reason i ask my house in swords was updated in 2014 since i painted my house and got new windows he he he , yet my sisters place in dublin 15 is still showing her house as of 2009 6 years behind ! Are they updating the view soon to all Dublin or what is the story
