Well thats just wonderful. Was really hoping for just a few cheeky little points from Lloris and it has to do it like that couldn't just let one in early and not tease out those points for so long.

i think you need to look at the next 6 games, and the form of alternatives.

Kane has 7 goals and counting in last 4 games - including one hattrick and could get another today - looking at 46 points in 4 games. Last year he was scoring for fun against teams like Chelsea - so possible repeat next week given his form.

Lukaku has 36 points in last 4 games with 4 goals and 2 assists and has Bournemouth, palace and norwich, Leicester and newcastle in next 5 games - you'd expect him to potentially to score min 6 goals in those games?

Aguero is Aguero - has potential to score and score - not fully fit yesterday and got a goal - after the loss they will want to get back to winning ways. Can you afford Ageuro if he goes up to 13.2+?

Vardy - goalscoring machine, but realistically how long can he keep it up for?
He has United, Swansea, Chelsea Everton, Liverpool and City in the next 6 games - how many goals doe you think he'll get in these games? The majority of his goals have come against teams in the bottom half of the table.

    It's certainly food for thought.
    My team stands at -

    DDG, Hennessey
    Bertrand, Dawson, Alder, Moreno, Bellerin
    Sanchez, Mahrez, Barkley, Ozil, Gosling
    Lukaku, Ighalo, Vardy

If I take out Ighalo and Vardy and put in Kane and Aguero it leaves me a -1.9.
The easiest route in that case would be to downgrade Sanchez, which is not a bad idea as I don't like doubling up on Ozil and Sanchez. That said Arsenal have Norwich, Sunderland and Villa coming up and Sanchez is likely to explode in at least one of those games. At least I can do Ighalo -> Aguero leaving me with 0.7 itb.

The stats are certainly lying with Spurs' defensive performance recently. They really should have got a clean sheet here and against Villa, and defended very well against Arsenal.

    Kane way ahead for 3
Tight between Lanzini and Eriksen for 2,1

61(-8), a lot healthier than it was this morning. Bolasie to get something tomorrow would be just great.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,891 ✭✭✭iamanengine

69 (-16) with hopefully a cleanie from Hennessey to come.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,990 ✭✭✭Potential Underachiever

45 points with Kane (c) and Toby to come.

2nd GW in a row where I'm relying on Kane to bail me out.

I used two FT's this week and took in Ozil,Lukaku for Pelle and Payet, so I guess it could have been waaaaaaaaay worse but I regret not putting the armband on Lukaku.

I'm sliding down the leaderboard the last few weeks, from 3k to 6k to 10k and now 18k before todays games! Just can't get any momentum going.

Well that worked out ok! Mild irritant that Spurs conceded but I can't be greedy.

It'll be 61 with Bolasie to go.

A lot better looking than I feared it would be at 730pm yesterday.

That West Ham goal was great.

Kane home and dry for the 3. He's on 57.

Lanzini on 39 and Eriksen on 37, so that could go either way. Alder got the winning goal. Not sure how much that counts, but he's on 29. Dembele on 31.

71/72 (-8) all out depending on baps.
A decent week although it will probably be another small red arrow

61 with the Kane BAPS i think, saved face in the end

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,467 ✭✭✭OneColdHand

I'll be on 61 after Bps with Bolasie to play.

Was on a pretty poor looking 35 after yesterday, so thank christ for Kane (c).

66(-4) should rise to where I was at the start of this gameweek. Frustrating!

I'll be on 65 with Souare to go. Goal and clean sheet plus three bonus will do to get me to 80 lad. No pressure.

That's all I needed to know. Therefore outscoring Lukaku and making me very happy. Correct captain for first time in a long long time.

Should leave me on 69 with Souaré to play and a big lift back up from last nights depressing 480k or.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,599 ✭✭✭MarkSRFC21

    Really wish I'd started souare.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,599 ✭✭✭MarkSRFC21

West Ham scoring seems to have saved me 15k places. Should still drop to 8k to ~113k. 61(-4) looked a lot better last night. Kane is my biggest enemy atm. I can see Eriksen in my team very soon. Lost my league cup game as well. Hopefully the return of aguero will spark a revolution in my team next week

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,029 ✭✭✭✭Ace2007

65 (-4), with Hanglenad to come (or Nyom with 2).

Pelle and Mane out work for Aguero and Stanislas, as meant i couldd bench Stanislas and play Coutinho.

What site do you use to get predictions of where you'll end up?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,747 ✭✭✭Ziegler1988

Top 10k average 60(-0.7) with 0.8 players and 2.5% captains left. Up 6.5 points from yesterday and I had no one, so will be dropping 20k places or so. Delaney tomorrow if he starts

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,752 ✭✭✭Lights On

56 all out. Hopefully the Alli points will be enough to have me stick where I am after yesterday and not drop past 900k! Was only a few weeks ago I was looking at breaking through the top 100k :(
