I sometimes suffer with lower back pain from time to time but anytime I don't wear undies I don't feel any discomfort in my back at all.

Seriously though, if anyone is suffering with lower back pain just give it a try for a day or 2 and see if you notice any improvement.

I don't have a john, but going commando is something some folk (male and female) like the sensation of, and others find uncomfortable. No idea why.

I don't really like to go commando, prefer the comfort of some underwear! Having said that though, when I get home the first thing I do is fling my bra off (the ladies like to be free), most uncomfortable contraption ever invented!

I was just thinking that all these years of the relief of taking off the bra at the end of the day it never occurred to me that willies feel better swinging in the breeze too!

Going commando with jeans? No. Going commando with Tracksuit Bottoms? Yes. As comfortable as they already are, I find tracksuit bottoms without underwear is much more comfy.

Bit cold this time of year to let the balls hang loose.

Also not very hygienic, always a drop left after a pee even after a few shakes, don't want that on the jeans.

Yeah I never got how going commando would work for a woman. Now, maybe I'm diseased and just don't know it, but ladies (I think) get discharge and ... Well I don't think I'd like anything dripping down my leg.

Coming out this evening to a date, and was trying on stuff after the shower, put on trousers and decided I'd go with them, but hadn't put on undies, had to take them off and put some on, I'd be risking a bit of rape otherwise I'd say if my boyfriend got word.
