Change UBEE Router DNS Settings?

I'd like to be able to change the DNS settings on my UBEE router. I can edit them under basic - local area connection and click on the save button but nothing is actually saved :( Am I correct in assuming I must have an IPV6 address and be using DS-lite? If I post on the VM forum on boards and ask to be given a IPV4…

Am I correct in assuming I must have an IPV6 address and be using DS-lite?

If I post on the VM forum on boards and ask to be given a IPV4 address and taken off DS-lite will I then have access to change and save the DNS settings on the UBEE router?
