Sorry for the late response but I asked my Palestinian friend and here's what she said:

"Yehuda Ben Tima (the son of Tima) says: "As a tiger and as light as an eagle and runs as a deer and as heroic as a lion."

There's one part she's not 100% sure on but that's the gist of it and as you can see it doesn't quite make sense.

As far as I can tell it's referencing this:

Chapter 5, Mishna 23

"Yehuda ben (son of) Taima said, be bold as a leopard, light as an eagle, swift as a deer, and strong as a lion to do the will of your Father in Heaven."
