Anything good out there right now? I'm exhausting my supply:

Strength coach - has become a vehicle for Perform Better/Alwyn Cosgrave advertisements. The content is becoming increasingly niche and weird and I've had enough.

Fitcast - Used to be good but has become repetitive and host Kevin, though excellent, spends most of his time looking for "donations".

Mark Bell Powercast - Couldn't be any less related to fitness and lifting if it tried.

    Barbell shrugged - Too cultish.

Would love if there was a decent Irish option? I'm sure there are.

As said. 2 best Irish podcasts out there.

And probably 2 of the best around, period.

Just skim the guestlist and you'll see why.

(...and it's not just cos I've been on both!)
