Hi guys anyone shine a light on this.
When I do lying leg lifts when I get over 45 degrees my lower back starts lifting off the floor. Is it most likely tight hamstrings causing this or could it be something else? Has anyone a similar experience?

What do you mean by lower back lifting off the floor? Arching atvthe lumbar region?
