    Nah - nothing in that.

Apart from the try Leinster have been proper awful.

think they are too concerned with running the sin bin clock down

Nothing in that mcfadden incident, but teo lifted and dropped the guy he tackled.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,231 ✭✭✭A-Train

Sexton back on some decent defence in that 10 mins and a few missed tackles also.

Edit Sky said he was back on

I thought that was what they were going back to look at. Was surprised to see it was McFadden.

Leinster will score 5 tries today. Everyone trying to impress Sexton.

Great no points conceded while JS was off.

Is that ref incredibly young or is it just me?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

That defence was not well organised by Leinster.

Almost impossible to tell from that angle. Can't give it

Do they only have 2 angles of this?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

He must have been in touch, surely.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,290 ✭✭✭aimee1

was there not some truck/trailer there before that tho?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,257 ✭✭✭Hagz

Oh my god, get a TMO that speaks the same language as the ref.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,616 ✭✭✭✭errlloyd

I can't see how he would not be in touch.

They have to be in touch, couldn't give that. Bad decision not to take the 3 points

    Treviso. Take. The. Points.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Well now, that was well held up by Treviso.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    Maccer - what a tackle!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

That was scrappy enough from Leinster, but kept them out, which is what matters.

Tadhg Furlong is dying out there in the heat.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

I think fitz got a face full of prop. Say he just got a stinger.

He's been woeful anyway so no harm, he'll want to forget this game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

All the returning internationals bar ruddock haven't been great IMO

  • Moderators, Arts Moderators Posts: 23,937 Mod ✭✭✭✭TICKLE_ME_ELMO

I thought Fitzgerald was losing weight so he could play on the wing but now everyone seems dead set on him being a centre again?

Woeful? Really? Aside from the missed tackle what has he done that's been woeful?

    Better in the centre imo

I thought he was fine as well. Lucky we have Reid on the bench today.

Isa pretty slow on the chase there. Sexton kick too far.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 240 ✭✭NU8

Definitely. Plus we have plenty of wings and we're short at centre so I'd say we'll see him there a good bit. Hope so anyway.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    Ferg kicking??????

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,616 ✭✭✭✭errlloyd

Fergus mcfadden is taking all the kicks that might ruin sexton's percentage?

  • Registered Users Posts: 911 ✭✭✭Irlandczyk

Honest question, why do we keep passing the ball to the man outside allowing Treviso to just drift across and make the tackle? Would it not make sense to hold off on the pass until you've sucked in a defender or two and create an overlap?

  • Moderators, Arts Moderators Posts: 23,937 Mod ✭✭✭✭TICKLE_ME_ELMO

Not questioning where he's better, I'm just wondering whose idea it was for him to do it when Schmidt and apparently Cullen seem to prefer him in the centre. MOC?

Defensively he's been all over the shop.

He's missed 3 tackles by my count. Two of them were really important ones he needed to make, one led to sexton's yellow.

He's had a very bad day.

What's people's opinion on jordi Murphy?
To me he looks a little under powered as a back row

I'm glad to see Ferg getting a chance to kick - he was always decent, and it would be a pity to lose that skill....never know when we'll need it.

He's been a powerhouse for us usually, massively dynamic player.

He's not having a great game today tho.
