    Hi,

Just been back to court for a second date re separation which has been put back to a new date for a number of reasons, one of which is that the ex refuses to disclose full financial information on bank accounts and pension.

This information was to be provided almost a year ago, it was missing in our first court appearance 6 months ago and is still missing. Between both dates his legal team ignored requests for same also.

I will meet my solicitor again shortly but wondering in meantime is there a penalty for not providing this or is there a process for finding out what if any accounts are deliberately being withheld?

    Thanks
    D
