Early this year I was hospitalised with Rhabdomyolysis. I'd started one to one training with a "Personal Trainer.".Three weeks into the regime I did a session on a Friday and came away incredibly sore forearms. Come the Sunday, I was pissing "Guinness". Tuesday I was in hospital for three day on a drip.
    Thoughts?
