I'm going to buy a nutrition bullet in order to have a smoothie in the morning for breakfast.

The recipe I'm thinking of st the moment is below.

    Teaspoon of coconut oil.
    4 raw eggs
    Spinach
    100g Greek yoghurt
    teaspoon of gelatin powder
    One banana
maybe some berries if I have some

will add water if it's too thick.

I basically want a smoothie that has high nutritional value and also high in protein as I lift weights and want to build muscle.

Anyone see any issues with this for breakfast?

    gelatin?!

Anyway my protein smoothie consists of hemp/pea protein powder mix with peanut butter, banana, soy milk, cocoa, dash of agave.
