So basically if you do a lot of volume, your legs get stupidly big over the course of a year.

Nothing about food intake. Nothing about strength work.

Just "don't do 2 intense days of legs for a year because your legs get huge and you have to wear clown pants".

    Marvellous.

Then he goes on to say work the legs but just so they're in proportion.

Not quite "never do legs". He doesn't really belong in your crew, garrixfan.

I do some weighted pistol squats and hamstring curls, you won't see me under a barbell anytime soon!

I'm not sure what the point of the thread is but
A - Dude has really well developed legs
B - Bro has, like, 7% body fat

    brah

If I don't train legs, will I get better at lifting heavy things off the ground?

No way is he 7%. More like 10-15. He's not vascular enough to be 7%.

Unless you were being sarcastic and I've totally missed it.

    Brah brah black sheep,
    Have you any legs,
    Yes sir, no sir,
Do I even squat heavy twice a week?

Not sarcastic, but maybe my perception of bodyfat is off, I'd had thought most men would be starting to look a little soft at 15%. Look at his abdominal definition; look at the sharp lines on his Apollo's Belt (a ridiculous name but I've never found another one).

This isn't exactly authoritative but going by those examples I'd have put him around the 7-9 zone, no?

There once was a bro who forgot legs,
so his trunks were thin little pegs.
    The internet laughed
    at this lifting gaff
and now he squats with steel kegs.

Even without access to decent equipment, these guys know the importance of legs:

    More like this:

Hard to know without a dexa scan and only judging visually.

I still say he looks <10%.

7% is getting towards bodybuilder on stage lean.

    He's 10-12.

The lighting is doing him favours too.
