Likelihood of actually receiving a place on a masters you apply to?

I am looking to apply for a masters in UCD (Engineering with Business) and was just curious about how limited places are / how likely it is that you would be rejected.

I should meet the minimum QCA, have industry experience with a two international internships, am not illiterate, so should be a fairly decent candidate.

That said, I'm wondering if it's enough. Are they trying to fit 200 people in 5 spaces for example? Or is it a case of, if you're applying and you meet the requirements, you're all but guaranteed a place?

    Thanks.
