Gained about 16 points from doing it, plus .3 rise on pelle and bony will rise tonight. Well worth the hit

Pedro=>Payet +4
Gomis=>Ighalo +?
Ayew=>Sanchez +?

(The Pedro and Gomis transfers were made before all the injuries came in. Kolorov and Ward are still injured on my bench)

Looking like the -16 hit paid off (I had zero points on my bench)

I would've played Ighalo if I kept Aguero. So a 2 point loss overall, but a big team value swing between KDB and Pedro.

Hazard dropping last night had me briefly considering a Mahrez + Kolarov -> Hazard + Bellerin that I was just about to afford.
But -8 for ditching the best value midfielder in the game so far and a def despite having 3 playing def this week (Azpi home to Villa, Bertie home to Leicester & Souaré home to WH) .
If needed, I can still do these transfers this coming week for just a -4.

Not glad I didn't go for Bellerin. 5 pts lost even accounting for the -4. And a transfer that I'll prob have to make.

I did feel uncomfortable. I'm angry at myself since I knew there was little risk in it: Kolarov & Saylor out anyway. Souaré unlikely to get a CS considering WH (away) form. Bellerin good for long-term. And with the amount of hits taken this week a -4 was almost no hit territory. Ah well, I started the season in full Prodston mode and it worked pretty well. Now I'm back to conservative and get automatically burnt.

I only had Westwood to come off the bench anyway with two points, which means 4 points profit and good team with no injuries except Kolarov.

DeLaet and Mahrez, although not injured, need to be shipped soon. though.

Overall - not a bad move. Have to stay positive.

I know it isn't great, but 4 points is 4 points, unless you only count transfers without cost.

Fecker in the my mini league treble captained costa and has schedelin points from the bench so will be on 96points. I will be on maybe 28 after hits and ayoze plays.
I can only hope now that the transfers work out long term....:D

MY two for -8 were bony and Costa 28 pts for Murray 6 and aguero. I'd have played mahrez 4 who I benched. So a gain of 18 pts on those 2 transfers.

Yeah, I actually ended up with a net loss of -4, but if not for Bellerin it would have been a bit of a disaster. Instead, I can brush it off as a messy and consider it overall over the next few weeks.

+5 Net Gain. It was a very lucky one though as Bellerin really performed well.

Long term I'm happier with Dawson as Evans is a bit of a sick note.

Martial to Pelle was to take advantage of the Price rises.

Aguero to anyone was a coin toss this week but I'm happy with my Costa punt so far.

A mixed bag, 79 all out.

Also you should not be counting (0) for any player transfered out without taking into account what your subs would have scored. False economy otherwise.

I should have taken into account the 2 points my subs would have scored (Nyom = 0, Surman = 2), so actually the net benefit was 6 points.

Don't forget lads, many of us will have made these transfers as long term moves (in FPL that's about 6 weeks in all honesty) so if it doesn't really pay off after one week - don't panic.

3 vs 29 (-12) = 17.

+14 so far pending Gomis on Monday night. I wasn't expecting anything from Mata over GW's 9 and 10 in all honesty, it was more a long-term/team value move so no issues there.

Absolutely delighted with how that all worked out.

2 for Gomis tonight puts me at +12. The players I'd have played instead if I hadn't made any transfers were Fletcher (+3) and Martin (-1). That gives me a points difference of +10 all in. One of the best hits I've taken since I started playing the game. A shame they don't all go like that!
