Typical Day for Fat Loss Goal - Discussion

    Hi guys, long no post.

Went abroad for a while and let the diet go to sh**, the training out the window completely. Boozing, eating, and doing F-all to counteract it's effects has left me annoyed and determined to get back to where I was.

Basically this is my current plan and a typical weekday. I know less food in, more work and proper food equals goals. Just looking for others’ input, and any tweaks I might make. I’ve dropped back my training to beginner levels, and will increase weights and distances I would assume relatively quickly.

    Typical Weight Training Day:
    06.00 – 1 hard boiled egg
    06.30 – SL 5x5 session
07.30 – 1 half of smoothie made of: baby leaf spinach, blueberries, 2 scoops ON strawberry protein, 1 med banana, water
10.00 – Brazil Nuts or Almonds
13.00 – Chicken breast or turkey breast + Other half of smoothie
    15.00 – Apple
19.00 – Beef (or other meat) with green veg, maybe sweet potato
    20.00 – walk the dog
    21.30 – 1 scoop protein shake
    22.00 – Bed

This is 3 to 4 mornings a week for SL, and other mornings are cardio intervals or jogging for 40 mins. Much the same diet really, except maybe no egg before workout.

Basic goal is dropping bodyfat right now.

Start using MyFitnessPal and track everything you eat and drink (don't bother using the function that calculates calories burned for activity - they're well overestimated).

Use this to work out where you should be in terms of calorie intake.

    Tweak intake as required.

    Cheers,
Actually reading Hanleys post (one of the few people's who's advise I would take very seriously - his and Transform, does he post here anymore?) has made me cop on a bit.
I'll be working out macros and the lot like I used to
