Ram lamb concussed

Have a cheeky weather that got a puck from a ram yesterday. He's still trying to graze and can stay up for a few minutes if I put him standing. But he is obviously concussed and is all over the place. I hoped he'd be a bit better today but the same. He eats meal ok Anything else I can /should do ?

This is what I'd do as well, may recover but I never found these situations work out great
