    That's not really how it works. Get back on track right now, it'll be just a blip in the long run. You slipped up, it happens. Long term trends are the important thing. Also consider some counseling if you find yourself using food as a coping mechanism.

    If you re worried about 1 day that you fell off the wagon then don't.

    people have some cheat days where they allow themselves to eat what they want.

    A lad i train with has his cheat day on a sunday and you would not believe what he gets through.

    YEsterday,we were chilling at his house and i saw it first hand.HE trains 5 days a week and is a big lad but i get surprised each time i see his cheat day.Yesterday it went like below;

    Breakfast-we ate out.HE had 4 poached eggs on toast.4 slices of bacon,black and white pudding,4 hash browns and 2 hot chocolates.

    Lunch -we went out to maccers,he had 2 big mac meals,mcnuggets washed donw with a chocolate milkshake.For dessert,he had 2 mcfluries and a choc chip cookie.

    Dinner was a large pizza from a local take away.A side of large garlic bread,chicken wings with curry fries and a LARGE slice of vienetta.

    Supper-The rest of the garlic bread he didn't finish.3 packets of salt n vinger hula hoops,a magnum and ham and cheese toastie.

    For the record this lad is in VERY good shape with a low BF % .

    There's cheat days and then there's being ridiculous.
    That is ridiculous.
