Can I Chest Dip on a Assisted Machine

    So basically I'm not strong enough yet to rely on my body wait alone, so I like work my lower chest area and dips are meant be excellent.

    But should I do it on assisted machine?

    Done bit research and not got much feedback, most seem think it's fine

    Yup. Or use a band on normal handles. Or do controlled negatives. Or dummbell bench press.
