Hi, I’m wondering has anyone here taken the Zumba class in Ben Dunne Carlisle? I’m contemplating going this evening but I’m not sure what is involved. I’d like a good solid workout but I’ve never done Zumba so I’m not sure if it provides that. I’m always at the gym doing my own cardio/weights but never seem to mix it up…

Hi,

I’m wondering has anyone here taken the Zumba class in Ben Dunne Carlisle? I’m contemplating going this evening but I’m not sure what is involved. I’d like a good solid workout but I’ve never done Zumba so I’m not sure if it provides that. I’m always at the gym doing my own cardio/weights but never seem to mix it up and try random stuff, and time-wise it suits me today, so I thought this could be alright. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
