30 day squats challenge...

    I'm going to start the 30 day squat challenge today as its 1st of the month! I did it before and it worked wonders for my butt, but then I gave up the squats.. eek!! Has anyone else done it?
    Taking before and after photos + measurements!

    anyone fancy joining me on this?? :-)

    Are these squats to be done all in one go or is there a rest involved? 250 seems like a lot of squats!

    How did it work for you? I'm a dude so i'm not looking to get a nice bum, but to get a little stronger (and better at squats)

    Hope your form is ok, even without using weights, you will wreck your knees doing so many squats a day.

    I did it last summer and took before and after pics and I was amazed at the results!
    I do the squats spread out over the day when it gets to the big numbers so it doesn't become unbearable! This time I will continue to squat after the challenge ends... last time I stops so the results slowly disappeared! haha!
