Building an Extension on a town house

As the title says, just trying to do research on some contractors. We're looking to get an estimate before we crack on with the plans and planning etc.

Has anyone any experience with Riofin Ltd, Paddy Wolfe Builder or John Greaney Builder?

Know a few but they are v busy ATM, best bet is to ask around locally, especially those who have had similar extensions done!

Ya Ive noticed,
I've approached 2 who are working nearby and they've yet to get back to me.
Business seems to be booming for them, esp with the home renovation scheme

I've had a very negative experience with John Greaney. I'd recommend stay away.
