Sunday is PSV - Feyenoord for the Dutch super cup (Johan Cruijff Schaal)
Could see this ending in a draw so if you can find a bet anywhere that the match will be decided by penalties, that is probably an even better bet as there is no extra time.
I doubt many bookies will be aware of that.

I just checked on Oddschecker, only StanJames are offering that market as "PSV/Feyenoord to win on penalties" @12/1 each, effectively 6/1 for what you're looking for, and I think StanJames are closed to Irish residents.
