Does anyone know if you can get individual portions of peanut butter anywhere in Dublin/Kildare. I've seen these in the states and they seem to be good for portion control. I'm useless with jars of peanut butter especially

Buy yourself some of the tiny plastic food containers with lids in the €shop. Decant your peanut butter into them - two teaspoons full or whatever portion you want. Place in fridge, take out, and use!

I do this! But I'm completely neurotic about portions so I have a Salter electric weighing scales and measure exactly 32 grams which is a portion!
