Client side search engine?

Was messing around with phantomjs and the idea hit me why not build a client side search engine, well when i say search engine i mean ripping off google yahoo bing and other small search engines, what do you think? is it worth pursuing?

Sorry, im not very articulate, what i'm basically trying to do is scrape google, yahoo, and bing and aggregate the best results on page to achieve this i was considering on using casperjs and phantomjs. Similar to price comparison sites only this is search results.
