Non-diet snacks/breakfast/dinner

I'm looking for ideas for quick, easy breakfast and snacks, most things I find online are more concerned with calorie content than nutrition or flavour! Any ideas? Usually for breakfast I have fried egg and mushrooms on wholegrain toast, then I'll snack on fruit on the commute to work. In work I snack from the vending machine usually. The main problem is I have to eat my dinner in work Mon-Fri so I'm reliant on something that can be reheated in the microwave, it's usually some form of curry and rice, chilli con carne or bolognese. Any ideas welcome, I'm looking for meals that freeze well so I can prepare in advance, and as nutritious as can be :) calories are not a factor, in fact, the more calories the better!

You're not supposed to reheat rice, iirc.

For breakfast you could have scrambled eggs with bacon and grilled tomatoes, porridge with blueberries and manuka honey, a piece of steak with eggs, etc.

Lunches I usually do soups, salads or a sandwich on spelt bread.

Reheating dinners is easy! Stews with lots of veg and chicken (class during winter!), curries (I use chickpeas or cauliflower instead of rice if I'm gonna be reheating it), Bolognese with whole-wheat pasta, mashed swede and carrot with pork, chicken, turkey or beef, with whatever other veg you like.

Lots of options for foods that need reheating tbh.

If you want more calories, snack on almonds and avocado, put full fat natural yogurt into curries, cream into soups, etc.

I do it all the time. Refrigerate promptly, reheat thoroughly.
