Help. So what constitutes spotting? Confused.

I'm confused. I tend to get pinkish CM at 7/8 DPO for one day only. This I thought was related to implantation. I got it on both bfp and bfn cycles. This month I got a bit for three days in a row so thought maybe a good sign. Now tmi sorry but always once and only after a bowel movement. I can describe it as creamy CM with a tint of pink.

This morning I had brownish cm + after a bowel movement and more quantity than previous days. So now I think this is spotting. I got this on a previous cycle 2 days before AF came. My AF is due on Sunday, in 2 days. So now i think, damn bad sign. :(

My question is - was I actually spotting the past 3 days? Could I have had my usual "implantation type cm " but the following days were spotting? Feck this is stressing me out now cos it's new. 7DPO - typical pinkish CM after BM, 8DPO still some , not as much; 9DPO - a tiny pinkish blob - thought it was the last of the CM from 7DPO but unusual for it to continue into 3rd day. Today 10DPO - large amount of creamy CM with brownish tinge after BM. Nothing since.

No one here can tell you that.
You need to ask a medical professional.
