Hi all just looking for soon be advice here.

Off season GAA player. Need to keep ticking over for the next few months.

So i intend doing 3 30/45 minute cardio sessions a week, most probably in the form of spinning classes. That will leave me a window of another 30 minutes before work to play with. I want to add in some weight training.

The goal is to keep weight down, appreciate this will rely on diet also, while building overall strength.

I'm not a novice in weight training but I'd like to know what type of routine I should be following given the limited time frame.

Should I be doing the same overall routine each day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or should I be splitting routines up into 3 separate days.

    Thanks for any advice.
