    Eh no.

    This country is actually one of the best in the world in terms of those with less resources facing those with loads (thank you Independant Bar).
    There exist disparities in all countries between the legal power of the rich and the poor, but compared to the likes of the UK or America, Ireland is far more equitable.

    And if successive governments hadn't merrily gutted legal aid, we'd be even better than we are.
