So I have seen all the discussions on these courses, and what I want to know is 1 is the NARGC course the only one dealer's accept. 2 If not which others are there and how I can get on them. thanks

The above is the link to the FSAI in relation to selling wild game. I don't know of any other course still being run in the ROI.

The above link is obviously for NI, now given that the NARGC course is London City and Guilds certified I would presume this course is either the same or similarly accredited and therefore should be recognized (am open as always to correction ) , a quick ring to either FSAI or game dealer to confirm ye or ne
