Just looking for info about the flyefit classes. Most of my workouts would have been on the pitch or a small gym so I'm a bit clueless about classes.

    1. Do guys go to these classes or is it mainly girls. Not bothered if I'd be the only guy but just wondering as a lot of classes seem to be geared towards women.

    2. Are the classes always jammers? (I'd be looking at Macken st.)

    3. Any class recommendations for someone looking to improve general fitness, speed, acceleration and core body strength.
