    Where do I start...

I'd like to sample brews from the breweries I have yet to try, in no particular order...

    Easy enough.. Beoir Chorca Dhuibhne.

Quite elusive beers brewed in a rural Gaeltacht area. They must taste special!

Metalman from Waterford have lovely stuff.

The Pale and Amber ales were very nice but would like to try their other stuff.

I would like to meet any of the whiskey brewers/distillers/producers because I know nothing about their product or how best to enjoy it, so who better to learn from?

Like a few others in this thread, I've yet to sample Black Donkey Brewing. Looking forward to that.
