    Hey folks,

So I'm trying to find online a list of foods to avoid for sodium bisulfite and sodium sulfite.

I got a test done on my back where I had to leave pads stuck on me for 48 hours. They showed up a bad reaction to both of these. The arm-prick test showed nothing and I'm waiting on blood results.

I'm looking online for foods to avoid but any link I seem to find shows generic lists for all sulfites, :( and the list is quite long!!!

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any info greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Even the briefest of Google searches throws up lists of sulfite free foods. If in doubt, eat fresh veg, fruit, meat and fish.

Thats true, but they just classify all sulfites as one and give a generic catch all list.

I'm hoping to narrow the list down as much as possible to sodium bi sulfites and sulfites.

If your allergic to the two you've mentioned then you are also allergic to all the other sulfites too i would imagine.
