    Anyone else having issues when trying to play boxsets in "MyPrime". The lads have been out and checked the signal/changed the box/coax but issue remains.

    When you select any of the boxsets it starts and then goes out of sync after about 5-10secs and you either get no pic but sound or sound or screen goes pixelated and sound judders.

    Everything else seems to be working as should.

    WOrking fine for me. has it just started or always been that way? Do you have the same issue on Rte player? Do you know if any or your neighbours have the same problem? Could be just your box are an area specific problem.

    Day one, they have swapped the box, players seem to work fine just boxsets. Will leave it to the Pro's:P

    In fairness both the UPC lads on here and that called were very helpful and true to their word. Turned out to be an area issue and none of the neighbours had complained. Must be the only one on the road with to much time to site down and watch the boxsets:rolleyes:
