This is strictly for pursuing a personal hobbie so i don't have a lot of funds to part with but I am open to options.

Hope to hear from someone who has or someone who might know someone who has a space..

Building a space on my own property is not an option just in case anyone suggests it. This is an opportunity for someone to make a few quid each month by allowing me access to an unused shed/garage..
