Breast Implants

    Does anyone have any experience with breast implants? My girlfriend has decided to get some and I'm fully supportive.

    Just wondering to get them done here - or she may get them done in Brazil where she is from. I did a quick Google and it seems they seem to be 'starting at' €4,000. I think she can get them done in Brazil for about €3,000.

    Only beginning the research but I believe there are different types or implant, surgery, incision etc. Does anyone have any advice?

    Not really, but I have heard that Brazil is way ahead in terms of surgeries like this so maybe getting them done there is her best option.

    im going for a tummy tuck in belguim with - saved 2000 - well worth shopping around - my price included to bring someone with me to look after me - to stay in hotel - all transfers - food and operation and after only thing I paid extra for was flights - best of luck
